I am a graphic design student and my brief is to re brand the Yo! Sushi restaurant. Yo! Sushi want to make their restaurants in each city different from each other primarily by having wall murals inside which depict that particular city. These murals can be influenced by other famous illustrators in style or my own creative style or even a combination of both. My finished work will expand across all other areas of the restaurant such as the menu, take away bag/box and a direct mail pack.
Here are a couple of wacom tablet drawings i did to give me a basic idea of layout, composition and colour, keeping in mind the Douglas Alves illustration style and how i wanted to incorporate that into my mural.
